AtlantaUnitedSuites.com is the official single-match suites website of Atlanta United FC. This website is operated by Atlanta United as well as AMB Sports & Entertainment and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites available for sale on this website are being sold directly by Atlanta United for matches held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I purchase an Atlanta United suite?

To rent a suite for an Atlanta United match at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, click on the match you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite rental options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Atlanta United Premium Team at 470-341-1500 ext 1 or [email protected].

When do I get my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Atlanta United Premium Team will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite. All suite tickets are mobile-only. Parking passes can be printed at home or viewed via a mobile browser.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets will be mobile-only. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. Parking passes can be printed at home or viewed on a mobile device browser. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager who will provide instructions to access and download your tickets. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Please note that screenshots of tickets will not work at the scanners. For ease we recommend managing your tickets through the official Atlanta United app on your smartphone.

Will the suite be private to my group?

Yes. All suites listed on AtlantaUnitedSuites.com are fully private.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All suites on all levels are ADA Accessible.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price shown is the price you pay. No hidden fees. The only other costs to consider will be in suite catering expenses and if you need to purchase standing room only tickets (both optional).

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or cancelled events please see below.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

If a match is rescheduled, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

What if my event is cancelled?

If your match is cancelled, a refund will be issued.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Following your suite purchase, an Atlanta United representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of matchday (in-suite) ordering.

Please note: the Matchday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu. Also, based on volume and timing on matchday, in-match orders can see a delay on delivery so preorders are recommended.

Catering pre orders are due 1 week prior to an event unless otherwise noted by your Atlanta United representative. Also note that any suites purchased after the catering deadlines have expired will be limited to purchase food and beverages from the Matchday Suite Menu.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people. On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100-$125 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000-$2,500. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I decorate my suite?

Yes, you may choose to decorate your suite for your event. Note that space is limited on tables and counter tops. Decorations that leave markings or residue on walls or tables are not allowed. For a full list of prohibited items, please view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Matchday Guide.

If you wish to decorate, we do recommend reaching out in advance to your assigned Atlanta United Premium Team member for instructions for sending or dropping your items off in advance of your event.

Can I give my own promotional items or gifts to my guests in my suite?

Yes. If you wish to provide give-a-ways, we do recommend reaching out in advance to your assigned Atlanta United Premium Team member for instructions for sending or dropping your items off at the stadium in advance of your event. Items shipped or dropped off are subject to being checked by security. An Atlanta United team member will deliver the items to your suite prior to gates opening on matchday.

Promotional item distribution is limited to your own suite and should not be distributed elsewhere in the stadium. For a full list of prohibited items, please view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Matchday Guide.

Can I host a presentation or meeting in my suite on matchday?

Yes. While space inside your suite can get crowded at full capacity and the noise volume outside of the suite can be loud, presentations are often held in suites on match days. Due to space limitations we are unable to provide additional chairs in the suites. The in-suite televisions do not allow for connected devices; however, if you need a screen to show a presentation, please contact your Atlanta United representative in advance of your match to arrange for an A/V cart (no additional cost, and pending availability).

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets or "SROs" for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase for your suite. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Atlanta United Premium Team member to complete the transaction. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Yes. Guest passes are available for most Atlanta United rentals. Note that you can only add up to 4 combined suite passes and/or Standing Room Only tickets for a standar suite. Super Suites can add up to 12. Guest passes are not available for Loge Boxes or Gullwing Suites.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 33 inches or smaller will not require a separate ticket for admission into Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a match with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Mercedes-Benz Stadium)?

Mercedes-Benz Stadium adheres to the NFL's Clear Bag policy for all stadium events. More on this policy can be found here. Does my suite ticket give me access to other exclusive areas of the stadium?

No, is the answer in most cases. Suites themselves provide much of the same comforts that one may find in our various club areas. Loge Box buyers do have access to a shared club space to access all-inclusive food and drink that is part of their matchday package.

Matchday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in Mercedes-Benz Stadium parking lots in close proximity to VIP stadium entrances. Following your purchase, you will be provided with details on where and how to park. Click to view the Mercedes-Benz Stadium Parking Map.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances can be found on Mercedes-Benz Stadium Maps. Your recommended entrances will be based on your suite location and where you are parking or arriving.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens at the prescribed gate time for your match. Gate times can vary between 1 & 1.5 hours prior to kick-off. An Atlanta United Premium Team member can provide more details prior to your match. You may also verify this information prior to purchase by contacting us at 470-341-1500 ext 1 or [email protected].

Can I order food and beverage from my suite on matchday?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a suite attendant. In-match food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Matchday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Matchday Menu is more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.

If I have an issue with my suite on matchday, who can I contact?

If you have an issue, please contact your Atlanta United Premium Team Member as well as Mercedes-Benz Stadium staff. An attendant will be provided for your suite for any issues specific to catering.
